Michelle Klopp is a seasoned business development consultant with more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations across sectors—including legal, consumer packaged goods (CPG), non-profit, and the arts. Her expertise spans strategic planning, leadership training, coaching, and mentoring, all tailored to drive growth and innovation.

As the former Chief Marketing Officer at both McGinnis Lochridge LLP and Hanson Bridgett LLP,  Michelle led firm-wide marketing and business development initiatives for both of these multi-practice, regional law firms. She played a key role in shaping strategic direction, enhancing client engagement, and driving measurable business outcomes.

A passionate advocate for women's advancement in the workplace, Michelle launched the Women’s Impact Network at both of her previous law firms—initiatives focused on the recruitment, retention, and promotion of women professionals. Her mentorship has helped launch and elevate numerous careers, both within her organizations and throughout the broader professional community.

Michelle holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and currently resides in Austin, Texas, where she, alongside her husband, son, and two Golden Retrievers, continues her dedication to fostering professional growth and development.
